I have been using Auckland Carpet Steam and Dry since mid 1995 for laying and repairs, stain removal and flood restoration. In that time I have found the company to be very obliging especially with guest room flood restoration and repairs, which could involve them having to work odd or late hours to get a room, back within the same day.
This is the most important service to us because, as anyone in the Hotel Industry knows, having rooms out for a couple of days which you cannot sell means a loss of income.
Although I have been dealing directly with Graeme and Darren who I find pleasantly mannered and very helpful, I am sure their attitudes are reflected down the chain to all the staff.
